Courtyard By Marriott Orlando Downtown Hotel

The rooms at this brand-new hotel were newly renovated and decent size with balcony. Location: the venue was just off concerts, Close to, and Downtown Orlando on the edge of a depressed neighborhood.

The staff were poorly trained, didn't expect that coming.

Wonderful and modern hotel, we greatly enjoyed this place.

Its service was excellant. Had a king size bed in king room, glad we booked it.

When we flushed the toilet an odor of feces filled the room It was pretty disgusting. We had to flush the toilet and run out of the bathroom and close the door

I adored the modern decor and the accessible layout. The clean and cute lobby was a perfect spot to relax, and the lovely outdoor seating area was especially accommodating for my needs.

More dining options within walking distance would be great.

The staff's attention to making breakfast special was excellent.

The shuttle service's limited hours caused inconvenience for our return trip.

The location is great for us to visit our family.

No complimentary coffee in lobby in the morning. Only for purchase at $4.00/cup.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

The room didn't have a hair dryer, but the staff sent one up quickly. The biggest problem was that we found was blood on the towels and bedsheets. Clearly cleanliness is not the priority of the hotel

We received a warm welcome at check-in, and staff members were very cheerful. The Bistro had a nice variety of food available any time of day. Parking was easily accessible.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and unwinding in the cozy leisure room. The place had excellent amenities, but I did find the $20 parking fee a bit steep. It was a fantastic experience, and I'd recommend taking advantage of the great breakfast options they have 😊

I enjoyed a relaxing poolside evening, though the shuttle hours were limited.

My stay was fantastic! The hotel felt brand new and was super clean, which I loved. The on-site bistro had tasty food, and the free shuttle to the concert venue saved us from parking hassles. The staff, especially MK from the bistro, made sure we had everything we needed.

We spent a day water skiing which was dope, and the entertainment options nearby were excellent. The staff was friendly and the amenities. Just a heads up, they do charge for parking, but it's manageable. I definitely recommend this spot for groups looking to relax and have fun.

The only downside was the limited restaurant selection nearby. It would have been nice to have more dining options within walking distance.
